1: How to make a payment?

2: When will you ship my order?

After you pay, we usually arrange shipment within 24hours. All the products will be tested well by QC before send.
If you have any problem with your order after you pay, please contact us ASAP.

3: When will I get my order?

If you choose AliExpress Standard Shipping, it normally takes 15-25days for delivery.

If you choose DHL or UPS, the shipment normally takes 3-7days to be delivered; some countries take 4-8 days.

All Parcels have a tracking number.

Note: If your address is Remote in the DHL office, we will leave a message to ask you to pay a 38USD remote fee
Or change to registered airmail parcel without adding money, also we will refund the extra DHL fee you paid.
Or you may have to cancel your order, or change to another address that is not in the DHL system.

4: Why do I have to pay customs fees(TAX)?

According to Aliexpress Rules, the buyer has the duty to pay customs fees in the destination country of the parcel.

5: What’s your guarantee? And the return cost?

We always offer a 12-month guarantee. If you bought the: Service: repair warranty (5% fee on the order amount),
you can get a free repair warranty in your local country directly.

If tried every method we offer you and still cannot solve the problem, we may have to do a replacement.
Please send the defective item back to us via your local post office airmail parcel. When we receive it,
we will send you a new one immediately. We will give your some discount for your next order or
send your randomly gift to reduce your return cost, please kindly understand.

6: About the Warranty

1: If the item is defective on its arrival, please pack it well to return it to us. We will pay the back
shipping cost, and we will change a new one for you within 7days. ( Please make sure that all the items
are undamaged and in resalable condition when you ship them back), And please offer us a solution for the quality problems.

2: If you don’t like the product, you can return it to us within 3days with the full original packing on

7: What can I do if the package is still not in my hand?
