FAQ

Shoes Care:
1. Always clean shoes regularly by cleaning off any surplus dirt with a brush or damp cloth.
2. For leather shoes apply a quality shoe polish or cream and buff off with either a dry cloth or a brush. 
3. For suede shoes brush up the nap with a suede brush. 
4. For nubuck shoes wipe with a cloth dipped in slightly soapy, warm water. 
5. If shoes are wet, let them dry naturally as quality leather shoes require a slow natural drying process. 
6. The use of a shoe tree is recommended as it will help to retain the shape of the shoe. 

Return and Exchange:
1. 100% of all delivered items are of good quality and under strict examination before being shipped. We will try our best to avoid any quality problems.
2. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 15 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact us before you return the items. The Buyer should be sure that the items returned are in their original condition. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for damaged or lost, we will not give the buyer a full refund. (Back and forth the transport expense should be undertaken by the buyer)

About customs fees:
Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, duties, and taxes for importation into the buyer’s country. You must pay the customs fees for customs clearance in your country. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties. So please learn about the customs policy of your country.
