Refunds

Your refund will be made on the same card used to pay for your order. This usually takes around 3-20 business days for the money to arrive.

It normally takes 3-20 business days for refunds to be processed. 
If the refund status is marked as “Complete”, but you can’t find the payment in your bank account, please contact our Customer Service Team.

This status indicates that your refund request is currently being processed. it takes about 3-20 working days to receive it in your bank account. Please wait patiently for the refund.

There should normally be no problem receiving your refund if your card expires or becomes invalid. Your credit card company would normally receive the money on your behalf and transfer it to your bank account.

You should contact them after the waiting time for the refund would have expired.

If you have paid with a credit card, the money will be refunded back to your card. It usually takes around 3-15 business days for the money to arrive.

If the refund process is marked “complete” but it is not shown in your credit card statement, then check your bank account first. Some refunds are booked to reflect on date of the purchase. 

Please check your order details page when you login to your MiN user account on our website to find out whether you have applied for a full or partial refund.


Please note that the following costs will not be refunded:
1. Currency conversion fees charged by your credit card issuer.
2.Credit card transaction fees.
3. Floating exchange rates. 

If you paid with through bank transfer Payment,  refund will be made to same account and should reflect on the account balance.

Please note, the account number and details must still be active.

It usually takes around 7-10 business days for the money to arrive.
